The successful candidate will analyze financial data, identify business trends, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.About the RoleThe successful candidate will analyze financial data, identify business trends, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current and historical financial data to identify trends and business opportunities.Prepare and review routine and ad-hoc financial reports.Interpret financial information and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance.Present financial findings and business insights to management.Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities when required.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.Utilize ERP systems to extract, analyze, and validate financial data for reporting and decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is preferred).Knowledge of financial modeling and reporting is an advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in financial modeling and reporting.
