This is an outstanding opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Level Finance professional (3–5 years' experience) looking to build their career in a dynamic enterprise environment supporting technology investments, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Working closely with IT leadership, procurement, and vendor management, you'll help ensure technology investments are effectively managed while providing meaningful reporting and financial insights that support strategic decision-making.What You'll Be DoingPartner with IT leaders to develop and manage departmental budgetsReview vendor invoices and validate technology-related expendituresPrepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysisAssist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningSupport zero-based budgeting and driver-based forecasting initiativesAnalyze technology spending and help classify Capital (CapEx) versus Operating (OpEx) expendituresDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reportingMonitor budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunitiesAssist with financial modeling and ad hoc analysis for IT projectsCollaborate with Procurement and Vendor Management to improve cost transparencyEnsure financial data integrity and support audit and compliance activitiesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related disciplineApproximately 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or IT financeAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and financial modelingExperience building reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BIStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience reviewing invoices, budgets, and financial reportsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholdersHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailNice to HaveExperience supporting an IT organization or technology departmentExposure to software licensing, cloud costs, infrastructure, or technology budgetingExperience with Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB)Driver-based forecasting experienceERP financial systems experienceWhy This Opportunity?This role offers the chance to become a trusted financial partner to a high-performing IT organization where your analysis will directly influence technology investment decisions.
