This role will sit at our Irving, TX HQ and will work a hybrid schedule of M-W in office with Th/Fri from home.Position SummaryThe Financial Analyst is responsible for evaluating historical data, building forecast models, and monitoring market trends to guide business investments and financial strategy, as well as translating complex financial performance into actionable reports and recommendations for executive leadership and department managers.Essential FunctionsManage month-end close reporting processes, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timelinessDevelop and maintain financial operating expense forecasts and budget guidance, incorporating headcount planning and departmental spending trendsAnalyze financial data and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementPartner with business units to build financial models, streamline reporting processes, and support strategic planning initiativesDeliver ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations to support leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsDevelop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior year.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop executive dashboards.Maintain and update customer, vendor, or employee account information across internal systemsRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance1–3 years of relevant corporate experienceExperience in medical, biotech, or healthcare sales is a plus but not requiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTechnical finance expertiseProficiency in financial modelingSelf-motivated and driven to meet activity-based goals.Curious and quick to learn technical language and healthcare topicsCollaborative mindset with a focus on shared team successAbility to simplify complex financial data into visual and written presentations that guide executive decision-makingIf you're interested in this awesome opportunity, please apply today!Disclaimer: Biote is aware of fraudulent recruitment scams targeting job seekers.
