The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operational and financial data to determine costs, trends, and business performance.Evaluate historical and current financial results to identify key insights and opportunities.Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and projections to support business planning.Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and strategic objectives.Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.Support cost management initiatives through data analysis, process improvements, and reporting.Reconcile financial transactions and validate data accuracy across multiple systems and reports.Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Develop comparative analyses, business cases, and financial models to support management decision-making.Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve reporting efficiency and productivity.Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.Stay current with financial analysis techniques, reporting tools, and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and business objectives.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of financial analysis, business performance metrics, and reporting concepts.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively.Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.Strong presentation skills with experience creating reports and executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.Relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or business analytics.Experience working with financial planning and reporting tools is preferred.Exposure to enterprise performance management and analytical platforms is considered an advantage.Preferred QualificationsExperience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and reporting environments.Professional certifications in finance, accounting, or analytics are a plus.
