The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to deliver critical financial reporting, budgeting support, forecasting, variance analysis, and board-level presentations while helping drive operational efficiency and informed business decisions.The company operates in the industrial services sector and is experiencing continued growth, creating significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packagesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processesPerform variance analysis and identify key business trendsPrepare bank reporting packages and executive-level presentationsMaintain revenue tracking and financial reporting toolsSupport month-end and year-end close activitiesAssist with external audits and reporting requestsDevelop ad hoc reports and operational analyses for leadershipIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficienciesStrategic Finance SupportAssist with cash flow, balance sheet, and profit & loss reportingSupport strategic initiatives and business performance analysisPrepare board decks and presentation materials for executive leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendationsExecutive SupportServe as a key point of contact for executive leadershipManage calendars, meetings, and scheduling prioritiesCoordinate board meetings and executive presentationsPrepare agendas, reports, and meeting materialsAssist with correspondence and confidential communicationsSupport special projects and administrative initiatives as neededQualifications2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related fieldsStrong understanding of financial statements and accounting principlesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and complex formulasStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretionComfortable balancing analytical responsibilities with executive support functionsEmployment Type: Full TimeIf you’re interested in the Financial Analyst position and are available to work in the Houston area, apply now by sending your resume to aaron.vizcaino@lhh.com.
