قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجTITLE: FINANCIAL ANALYSTFLSA STATUS: EXEMPTREPORTS TO: DIRECTOR, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Director of Accounting/Finance, the Financial Analyst is responsible for performing comprehensive financial analysis, which includes budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, variance analysis, and treasury. The role involves preparing and presenting financial reports to management and ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and supporting the General Ledger Accounting. This position is located in Milpitas, California.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Prepares annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planningPrepares monthly financial reports and variance analysis of actual versus budget/forecastProvides analysis and prepare presentations for the departmentsProvides monthly financial operating results, including variance explanationsPrepares ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed to support decision-makingMonitors all spending and report monthly, quarterly, and annual results to managementComplies with SOX by ensuring that appropriate controls are in place and adhered toAssists in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.Supports the review and audit processHandles the Treasury functionsAdheres to all safety policies and procedures as requiredPerforms other duties of a similar nature or level*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance and/or equivalent relevant experienceThree years of experience as Financial Analyst or in a similar roleHands’ on experience using Oracle or other similar financial accounting applicationProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis toolsKnowledge of and ability to comply with GAAP and IFRSKnowledge of and ability to comply with SOX requirements and controlsKnowledge of and ability to comply with established safety proceduresKnowledge of general ledger accounting processes and proceduresKnowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office applications to create spreadsheets, presentations, and Word documentsSkilled at analyzing data and creating reports or chartsSkilled at taking initiative to improve processes or practicesAble to work effectively with all levels of management and employeesAble to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and managementDemonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals, teams, and departmentsDemonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completionDemonstrated time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesDemonstrated ability to trouble-shooting and problem-solving skillsFlexible and able to prioritize workWORKING CONDITIONS:Financial Analyst works primarily in an office environment from Monday thru Friday. The schedule maybe altered from time-to-time to meet business or operational needs; may travel from building-to-building as needed. Spends a majority of time in a seated position, but occasionally stands and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends and twists; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other office equipment. May occasionally be required to push, pull, or lift up to 10 pounds.The annual base salary for this full-time position is between $92,929.95-$136,661.69 + bonus target + benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience.
