Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Plantation, Florida. This position supports financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis to help leadership make informed business decisions. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial systems.Responsibilities:• Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights for management.• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports that support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning activities.• Maintain accurate financial data by reviewing records, reconciling variances, and supporting accrual-based accounting processes.• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business information, improve reporting quality, and strengthen decision-making.• Use accounting and reporting systems to extract, organize, and interpret data for financial analysis and performance monitoring.• Assist with budget development, capital planning, and expense tracking to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Support audit-related activities by preparing documentation, validating financial information, and responding to reporting requests.• Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and analysis through effective use of data tools and system capabilities.• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting within a business environment that requires close attention to detail.• Working knowledge of accrual accounting, auditing practices, and core accounting functions.• Proficiency with accounting software systems and financial reporting tools.• Ability to work with data mining techniques and translate large data sets into meaningful business insights.• Familiarity with systems such as ADP, CRM platforms, and Crystal Reports.• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
