Financial Analyst

SAAS Properties is looking for a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role assists with the monthly close process, contributes financial insight for senior management, and helps keep the finance operations accurate and efficient.ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting and forecasting, helping align financial plans with business strategy and conducting variance analysisAssist with monthly close activities, including P&L preparation, accruals, and GL reconciliationsPrepare monthly financial packs for senior management, with clear commentary on performance, risks, and opportunitiesDeliver regular sales reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, including budget-vs-rate comparisonsSupport cost control activities, including CAPEX monitoring, budget availability checks, and GL code accuracySupport external audits and help ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and VAT regulationsContribute to MIS reporting and collaborate cross-functionally on business projectsWork within Oracle NetSuite to maintain data integrity and support reporting workflowsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accountingExperience with a real estate developer is requiredCPA, ACCA, or CMA in progress is a plusWorking knowledge of IFRS and VAT regulationsExperience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantageStrong Excel skillsGood communication skills and attention to detail
