Financial Analyst (FP&A)Hybrid - Washington D.C./Baltimore Area Base: $80K–$100K + BonusCherry Bekaert has partnered with a well‑established organization to identify a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role reporting directly to the Director of FP&A and supporting multiple operational business groups.This position offers strong visibility, meaningful ownership, and long‑term growth within the FP&A function.What You’ll Be DoingSupport departmental and cost‑center budgets across multiple operating teamsAssist with forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual) for revenue and expensesBuild and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision‑makingPerform budget vs. actual variance analysis and prepare management‑ready reportingPartner with non‑finance stakeholders to understand drivers, assumptions, and trendsContribute to month‑end and quarter‑end analysis and reporting processesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field~2–5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate financeHands‑on experience putting budgets and forecasts together (ownership not required)Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of financial modelingComfortable working cross‑functionally in an operating environmentExperience with planning systems or ERPs a plus (e.g., Adaptive, Workday, Yardi)Real estate or asset‑based exposure is helpful but not requiredWhy This RoleVisible FP&A seat with direct exposure to leadershipBroad operational scope across multiple business functionsHybrid flexibility (Bethesda or Baltimore office)Competitive compensation and long‑term growth opportunity
