They support growing companies with managing digital applications, implementing internal tools as well as making workplace technology more accessible / advanced.Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A department on a full-time basis.📊 RoleReporting into the FP&A Manager, this position will take on commercial activity and support in providing sharp financial insight and forecasts for strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Own key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, and CACProduce monthly board reporting with clear commercial insightTrack revenue performance, cohort trends, and customer retentionBuild and maintain revenue forecasts using live pipeline dataDevelop scenario models to support growth, pricing, hiring, and investment decisionsLead headcount and capacity planning alongside Sales leadershipTranslate CRM pipeline data into actionable financial projectionsSupport the CEO and Head of Sales with commercial analysis on key deals and partnershipsBuild unit economics models covering CAC, payback periods, and product marginsIdentify trends and opportunities, providing proactive analysis to senior leadershipDevelop and improve financial reporting and modelling infrastructure as the business scales📋 ProfileThe ideal profile for this Financial Analyst position should have the following attributes:Finalist or Newly qualified level Accountant (ACCA, ACA / CIMA)Proven experience within a similar commercial & analytical capacity (3-5 years' experience)Strong financial modelling and model building skillsExcellent communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholdersExperience within a PE backed environment would be desirableFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI or Tableau would be highly advantageousFluent understanding of SaaS metrics would be highly advantageous (ARR, MRR etc.)💵 Salary and Package£55,000 to £65,000 + additional benefits including:28 days holiday plus bank holidaysHybrid working structure - 3 days in officeRegular company socials / team outingsPrivate medical careEnhanced pension schemeExcellent career exposure and more.The salary range/rates of pay are dependent upon your experience, qualifications, and training.
