This role will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis while partnering with leadership to turn financial data into actionable business insights.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports with commentary and insights.Develop management reporting, leadership presentations, and actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis.Analyze labor efficiency, ASP, COGS, and branch performance.Support SOX compliance and quarterly revenue reporting.Calculate monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.Assist with process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements.Validate financial reports and maintain data accuracy and documentation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.1+ year of FP&A or financial analysis experience.Understanding of accounting principles, forecasting, and financial modeling.Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic financial modeling.Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with strong ownership and communication skills.Interest in process improvement, automation, and AI-powered financial tools.This is a great opportunity for an early-career Financial Analyst to join a growing organization and gain exposure to FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.IND1
