TANUH develops and deploys AI-driven solutions for healthcare through research, technology, and multidisciplinary collaboration.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, expenditure analysis, MIS reporting, and financial closing activities. The role will work closely with the Finance team and CFO to monitor financial performance, identify financial risks, and provide accurate and timely insights for decision-making.Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing annual budgets, project budgets, and periodic financial forecasts. Analyze budget vs. actual expenditure and identify significant variances. Analyze expenditure trends, spending patterns, and key cost drivers. Support the preparation of revised estimates and financial projections. Monitor budgets and identify potential budget overruns, highlighting significant deviations to the CFO. Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries for management review. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Support reconciliation and validation of financial data across projects and departments. Assist in preparing financial analysis and reports required by management. Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate financial information. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.RequirementsEligibility & Qualifications CA Intermediate (CA Inter) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution. 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, MIS reporting, accounting, or FP&A. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and financial data analysis.
