You can manage multiple projects and meet departmental deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do:Consolidate actuals, forecasts and budgets across all brands globallyOwn and maintain Corporate Financial modelsProvide high level analysis on budget/forecast/actual variancesPrepare management reports and KPIs, analyzing both current and past trends to provide analysis of key areas highlighting risks and opportunities, and assisting management in developing action plans and recommendations for improvementsLiaison across brands and regions to develop both standardized and streamlined reporting, ensuring consistencyCreate both financial and non-financial reporting packages as well as presentations for senior management and Board of DirectorsSupport the Earnings release as well as any ad hoc analysis for the earnings callsContribute and support the implementation of various financial system projects as identified by management to improve financial controlSupport the development and implementation of a robust Long Range Planning processSupport Hyperion Planning end usersPartner with the accounting group on close activities, supporting both internal and external reportingAssist with ad hoc analysis across the Corporate FP&A departmentYou’ll Need to Have:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting1-3 years of experience in a finance roleStrong problem solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsProficiency in ExcelWe’d Love to See:Experience with Hyperion and EssbaseAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong drive and desire for personal developmentCapri Perks:Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday CalendarSummer FridaysInternal Mobility Across BrandsCross-brand DiscountExclusive Employee SalesFav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family)401k MatchPaid Parental LeaveThrive Wellness ProgramCommuter BenefitsGym DiscountsThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
