Financial Analyst

We're seeking a highly analytical Finance Analyst to join a growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, performing complex reconciliations, identifying trends and improving reporting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform reconciliations and consolidations across multiple data sourcesAnalyse financial and operational data to identify insights and trendsSupport month end and management reportingInvestigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracyDevelop reporting models, dashboards and analytical toolsDrive process improvements and automation initiativesPartner with stakeholders across finance and the wider businessAbout You2 to 5 years' experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Reporting or a similar roleAdvanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and Power QueryStrong experience working with large and complex data setsExcellent reconciliation, consolidation and problem solving skillsHigh attention to detail and analytical capabilityDegree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related disciplineInsurance experience would be highly regarded, however we are equally interested in candidates from banking, wealth management, funds management and broader financial services environments.What's on Offer?Join a growing and successful businessBroad exposure across finance, reporting and business analysisWork closely with senior leadershipOpportunity to improve processes and make a genuine impactStrong long term career development prospects
