Financial AnalystOur client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, cost analysis, and business performance initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across the business.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial reports to support business operations and leadership decision-makingPerform cost analysis and monitor manufacturing performance metricsInvestigate and explain budget-to-actual and forecast variances, providing meaningful commentary and recommendationsMaintain and update product standard costs within the company's ERP systemPartner with operations and other internal departments to translate financial data into actionable business insightsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficienciesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field4+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principlesExperience working with ERP systems and standard costing methodologiesAdvanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
