Financial Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis and possess strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, and reconciliation processes. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business and financial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements.Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate the financial health and performance of companies.Prepare and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.Conduct Bank Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.Review financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and prepare analytical reports.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.Required Skills & QualificationsMBA in FinanceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis.Strong understanding of Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and financial reporting.Hands-on experience in Financial Modeling and company financial analysis.Experience in Bank Reconciliation.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
