He must be highly accomplished with structured thinking and organization of his work. He should also work with cross-functional teams and provide business partnering to create deeper understandingResponsibilities:Prepare budgets on an annual basis using budgeting techniques, incl. zero-based budgeting, incremental budgetingPrepare business units-wise budgets/forecasts and consolidate the same to develop the overall consolidated budget/forecastMonitor, track, and compare the financial performance against budgeted figures and industry averagePrepare analysis and scenarios based on management requestsPrepare documentation and analysis as request by related partiesPrepare dashboards and presentations as required by the managementPrepare trends, appraisals, analysis and dashboards as requested by the managementProvide required analysis and documentations to complete requirementsMonthly reporting, dashboards and analysis on deadlineDevelop ad-hoc financial models as required to support business unit management in decision-makingPrepare infromation packs and communicate to investors periodicallyMonitor manpower budget and liaise with HR on new hiringsPrepare scenarios, presentations and analysis to support long/med/short term plansRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is requiredMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience is requiredCPA, CMA, ACCA, FMVA, along with proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate
