Support a high-growth hospitality consultancy through elite financial modeling, hotel performance reporting, market intelligence, and clear, client-ready advisory data.What You Will DoBuild advanced hotel operating models, annual budgets, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses (evaluating ADR, RevPAR, Capex, and GOP sensitivity).Analyze hotel P&L statements, scrutinizing departmental revenues, payroll ratios, utility expenses, and operator management fee structures.Track Dubai/UAE hotel performance benchmarks, pipeline developments, and seasonal demand drivers to deliver sharp market intelligence.Produce polished, elite-level English reports and management commentary that present complex data as clear, actionable strategic insights.Leverage modern AI and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to automate data cleaning, variance commentary, and market research workflows.What We Are Looking ForMinimum 3 years of professional experience in the UAE, with a strong background in hospitality consultancy, asset management, hotel development, or owner-side advisory.Solid grasp of UAE hospitality market dynamics, competitive sets, and industry benchmarks (STR data, USALI standards).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel Management, or a related field.Advanced Excel modeling capabilities paired with proficiency in modern AI/BI automation tools.Elite written English report-writing skills with a meticulous eye for client-ready presentation standards.
