Senior Financial AnalystRemote or Hybrid (Dallas, TX)Numbers people, this one's for you.Our client is a healthcare SaaS company doing things a little differently — with some non-traditional product lines in the mix, not just another spreadsheet-in-the-cloud story. They're PE-backed, growing, calendar-year on the books, and in the final innings of rolling out a new planning & budgeting tool. Translation: you'd be joining at a genuinely interesting inflection point, where the finance function is leveling up and you get to help build it.We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who wants more than a seat at the table — someone who wants to understand why the business moves the way it does, and who's excited to learn directly from a hands-on SVP of FP&A.What you'll actually be doingBuilding and owning P&L models and variance analysis — from revenue all the way to net income, both corporate-wide and by product lineRunning weekly cash flow forecasts, including tracking how accruals and other accounting entries flow through and reverse (so a working knowledge of GAAP fundamentals matters here)Partnering on budgeting and corporate forecastingGetting close to the business as a real finance partner to operating leaders — not just reporting numbers, but helping shape decisionsDigging into special projects as they come up (and in a company like this, they will)Helping surface the metrics that matter to investors and executive leadershipWhat makes someone great at this job3+ years in FP&A, financial modeling, or a closely related analytical roleA genuine curiosity about SaaS or recurring-revenue business models — or the eagerness to learn fast if you're new to itExcel fluency that goes well beyond basic formulas — pivots, lookups, and real data-crunching chops (NetSuite experience is a big plus, not a requirement)A self-starter mentality: you like autonomy, but you also know exactly when it's time to raise your hand and ask a smart questionComfort with GAAP fundamentals — enough to understand how accounting entries move through the business, not just report on themBonus points if you're curious about how AI is starting to show up in finance work — we're just beginning to explore it, and we'd love your inputThe fine print, made simpleCompensation: Competitive base plus performance-based bonus (tied to both individual and company results)Schedule: A realistic 40–45 hour week — this isn't a burnout shopBenefits: Employer-paid benefits (employee coverage) plus 401(k)Systems you'll work in: A modern ERP with planning & budgeting tools, plus standard business intelligence and billing platformsReporting line: Directly to the SVP of FP&A
