Financial AnalystLocation: Houston, TX 77092Type: Full-Time / ExemptDepartment: Financial OperationsAbout the RoleOur client, a fast-growing fiber internet provider expanding across Texas, is hiring a Financial Analyst to support its Financial Operations team. This is a mid-level role for someone who can operate with growing independence across accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and reporting inside a high-growth, private equity-backed company.What You'll DoSupport month-end close: journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.Assist with AP, AR, and treasury functions, and support audits and PE sponsor reporting.Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects.Partner with Operations and Construction teams to analyze build-cost and unit economics.Compile rolling forecasts and communicate variance drivers to leadership.Publish monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards (NetSuite and other tools).Identify and help implement process improvements and automation opportunities.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics.3+ years of accounting or FP&A experience (relevant experience/education may substitute year-for-year).Working knowledge of GAAP; advanced Excel skills.Ability to manage workstreams independently and escalate complex issues appropriately.CPA/CFA, or telecom/ISP/fiber industry experience, a plus.
