You will develop and maintains financial models, forecasts, KPI reporting, and business intelligence tools that enable management to evaluate financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and meet organizational objectives. You should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively across finance and operational teams.Responsibilities:Build budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plansAnalyze variances (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior year) with clear explanations and recommendationsDevelop financial models, business cases, and profitability/cost analysesPrepare KPI dashboards and reports for leadership reviewsPartner cross-functionally to improve profitability and efficiencyAnalyze key driversSupport standard costing, variance analysis, and cost reduction effortsEvaluate capex and ROI on business initiativesBuild BI/reporting solutions in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systemsDrive process improvement and automationEnsure data integrity for financial reportingSupport ad hoc cross-functional projectsRequirements:Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2+ years in FP&A, Cost Accounting, or Corporate Finance — manufacturing preferredStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial functions) and experience with large datasetsPower BI or similar dashboarding experienceSolid understanding of ERP systems and financial data structuresStrong communication skills and ability to translate data into insightsComfortable managing multiple priorities under deadline in a fast-paced settingDiscretion with sensitive information
