Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our finance team supporting a diverse group of companies in real estate, coworking, and professional services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, consolidating, and analyzing financial reports across multiple business units to support management decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and consolidate financial reports from multiple entities within the groupPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and management reportsAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvementSupport budgeting and forecasting processes across business unitsAssist in preparing presentations and reports for management and stakeholdersEnsure consistency and accuracy of financial data across entitiesCoordinate with accounting teams of different business units to gather and validate financial informationAssist in the development and improvement of reporting templates and processesSupport ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as neededEnsure timely submission of consolidated reports to managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or consolidation, ideally within a group of companies or multi-entity setupStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data consolidation); experience with financial systems/ERPs is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and entitiesExperience in real estate, coworking, or professional services industries is a plusCPA or progress toward CPA is an advantage but not requiredWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to take ownership of the finance/accounting operating backbone of a growing multi-entity business and help shape the next phase of scale.
