Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst and a Financial Analyst to join one of our healthcare clients Finance team. This role provides financial and analytical support for key organizational initiatives. Responsibilities include financial and operational analysis, capital and operating budget support, labor productivity analysis, service line and margin analysis, long-term planning, and ad hoc financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesPerform ad hoc financial analyses, including pro formas, long-range financial planning, capital investment evaluations, ROI analysis, and service line analytics.Support annual budget preparation and monthly budget reconciliations.Provide day-to-day financial support, including accounts payable, payroll support, and general finance-related assistance to operational leaders and staff.Conduct entity-level financial analysis, including month-end financial review and reconciliation.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to support financial planning and reporting initiatives.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required CompetenciesAbility to perform advanced financial analysis.Working knowledge of acute care hospital operations.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.Experience managing and completing annual budgeting processes, including volume, revenue, and expense planning.Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong accountability and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Ability to manage projects from initiation through completion while meeting objectives, budgets, and deadlines.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
