The role involves preparing financial reports, conducting variance and trend analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive performance improvement.Desired OutcomesAssist in preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, Flash, Monthly analysis report and long-range financial plans.Perform detailed variance and trend analysis on revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key cost drivers.Conduct costing and inventory analysis, reconcile inventory balances, and investigate significant variances or write-offs.Assist with cash flow and capex management.Monitoring accounting records to ensure overall P&L and BS according to company policies and estimation during closingWork closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and finance-related projects.Support ad-hoc financial analysis Requirements 전공: 상경계열 (비상경계열일 경우 AICPA, CPA, CMA 등 유관자격증 보유) *체계적인 Accounting Principle 보유한 자경력: 5-6년 이상 (*FP&A 업무 최소 2년 full cycle 경험)영어: Speaking/Writing Business Level (중국의 Shared Service Center 분들과 영어로 소통해야 합니다.)
