Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations, journal entries, billing, month-end activities, and rolling forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Technical & ProductMaintain accurate records of journal entries, invoices, and supporting documentation.Monitor WIP and follow up to ensure accurate and timely billing.Ensure billings are allocated to the correct accounts and invoices are properly processed.Prepare supporting files for month-end closing activities.Review journal entries and accounting transactions throughout the month and during month-end close.Reconcile customer accounts and support accounts receivable collections.Review vendor reconciliations and payment requests.Monitor monthly actual vs. forecasted.Provide required support for internal and external audits.Business Acumen & Operational EfficiencyReview POs and validate supporting documentation prior to approval.Validate third-party invoices before submission for posting.Review posted accounting entries to ensure accuracy.Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.Innovative & Analytical MindsetTake a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial or operational issues.Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of finance processes.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Accounting, or similar finance role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
