Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)Manage and maintain financial forecast modelsProvide insights on financial performance and key business driversForecast KPIs using historical/statistical methodsBuild and publish operating dashboardsReport consolidated financials to managementImprove budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processesPrepare business review decks, annual budgets, and board materialsSupport ad‑hoc reporting needsIdentify financial risks/opportunities and recommend actionsPerform specialized financial/cost analysisEnhance internal/external reporting frameworksAnalyze research analyst reports and compare to company projectionsSupport SEC filings, earnings releases, and earnings call prepConduct company/industry research and peer benchmarking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred3–5 years of financial/analytical experienceStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skillsAdvanced analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilitiesProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Yardi a plusStrong communication skills for presenting complex financial dataAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentHigh integrity and discretion with confidential informationHands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves work style
