Financial Analyst

Company: Xtract MGMTAbout the RoleXtract MGMT is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our growing team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and turning information into meaningful insights that support business decisions.

The Finance Analyst will work closely with leadership and other departments to assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day financial analysis.Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, trends, and business performance to support strategic decision-making
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts and identify key variances
• Assist with cash flow, expense, revenue, and profitability analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models and spreadsheets
• Gather and analyze data from multiple departments and systems
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Support leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
• Help ensure financial information is accurate, organized, and delivered in a timely manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Marketing, and other teams as neededQualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related area preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with financial data and large datasets
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
