The office manages a globally diversified portfolio across public markets, private markets, and direct investments in operating companies. It offers the kind of access and learning curve that's hard to find elsewhere. You'll work directly with the CEO, CFO, Portfolio Manager, and investment leadership. You'll own a meaningful piece of the investment function from day one, and there's a clear path to broader responsibility as you grow.The office offers a collaborative environment with work-life balance.What You'll DoOwn the quarterly Investment Committee reporting package from start to finish. This includes consolidating data across entities, custodians, and managers, and preparing performance, attribution, benchmarking, and allocation reporting.Build Excel models and analyses for senior leadership, including scenario analysis, cash flow planning, portfolio allocation, and investment returns.Support due diligence on direct investments by reviewing data rooms, analyzing target company financials, stress-testing models, and summarizing findings.Research markets, asset classes, managers, and prospective investments, and turn the findings into clear, concise takeaways.Draft presentations and memos for leadership and the Investment Committee.Automate and improve reporting workflows using Power Query and Excel.Assist with shareholder and trust reporting, and help answer stakeholder questions on performance and positioning.What You Bring2–5 years of analyst experience at a family office, private bank, wealth management firm, or investment bank.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.Solid understanding of investment performance concepts: returns, attribution, benchmarking, and asset allocation.Advanced Excel skills (Power Query a plus) and strong PowerPoint skills.A problem-solver's mindset and the judgment to work through ambiguity.The polish and discretion to work directly with senior executives and family stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and pride of ownership in your work.Progress toward the CFA is a plus.Why This RoleDirect exposure to senior decision-makers and a sophisticated multi-asset portfolio.Hands-on experience across public markets, private markets, and direct deals.Room to grow into broader investment responsibility over time.A relaxed, professional culture that respects your time outside the office.Competitive salary and benefits
