Financial Analyst

Our client is a private equity-backed organization in the healthcare industry and is looking to bring on a Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional looking to expand their FP&A experience while partnering directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.This role is fully on-site in Tempe, AZ, and is NOT OPEN FOR RELOCATION! What You'll DoSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organizationPrepare financial analyses, variance reporting, and KPI dashboards to drive business decisionsAnalyze operational and financial trends, identifying opportunities for improvementAssist with monthly reporting packages and executive-level presentationsPartner with business leaders across departments to provide financial insights and recommendationsContribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and ad hoc financial projectsSupport internal audit requests and ensure adherence to established controls and proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field requiredMaster's degree or MBA preferred1+ year of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related analytical roles (must include budgeting and forecasting)Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysisAdvanced Excel skills requiredERP or financial reporting system experience preferredStrong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to interact with executives and senior leadershipHighly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
