About the CompanyMackie Myers is leading a search on behalf of a high-end fashion and lifestyle brand for a Financial Analyst to join its Los Angeles–based finance team.About the RoleReporting to the Finance Manager and VP of Finance, the Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the business — contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives while building deep fluency in how a scaled consumer brand operates financially.ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processesMaintain and update financial models and projection tools to evaluate business performanceSupport an active ERP data migration by cleaning, mapping, and validating large-scale datasets to ensure accuracy ahead of financial reportingBuild and maintain Excel-based tools to process and analyze high-volume data exportsPrepare variance-to-budget reports and assist in assembling financial statements for month-end and year-end closeBuild executive-level financial presentations and reports for senior leadershipPartner cross-functionally with business teams to support ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projectsContribute to process and systems improvements across Excel, D365, and other reporting toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldRequired Skills2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical roleExperience with data mapping or ERP migration support a strong plusAdvanced Excel skills required, including the ability to manipulate and analyze very large datasets (pivot tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and similar); experience with D365 or comparable ERP a plusSolid foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysisStrong aptitude for learning and a genuine hunger to grow in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong communicator with the ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholdersPreferred SkillsConsumer, retail, or fashion background a plus but not required
