This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and Project Management, providing financial analysis around project costs, pricing, margins and profitability.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project costs, pricing, margins and profitabilityReview financial estimates and identify cost or margin variancesSupport budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisPerform scenario and ad hoc financial analysisAnalyze historical results to identify trends and improve future estimatesEvaluate project timing, billing and cash-flow impactPartner with Finance and operational teams to support business decisionsAssist with process improvements and financial reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred2+ years of Financial Analyst or related finance/accounting experienceExperience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisStrong analytical and Excel skillsManufacturing, project accounting, cost accounting or construction finance experience is a plusAbility to work effectively with both Finance and OperationsOnsite in Macomb County | Compensation up to $85K
