Responsibilities

Assist with annual operating budget preparation and rolling forecast updates across business unitsGenerate recurring monthly and quarterly financial management reporting packages for leadershipEvaluate financial statement variances against established budget targets and prior period trendsConstruct custom analytical financial models to evaluate strategic corporate business initiativesCollaborate with operational department leads to monitor operational trends, risks, and performanceMonitor key performance indicators across revenue, expense, and profitability metricsStreamline existing forecasting templates and data reporting workflows to maximize efficiencySynthesize complex financial analytical findings into concise executive presentation decksComplete ad hoc analytical requests and support special projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field1-2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financeCompensation and Benefits:Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical InsuranceActual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.This role is based in the Twin Cities.
