With more than 1200 consultants across 10 countries, we combine business and IT expertise to support leading institutions in transformation projects.Our core areas:➡Quantitative Finance➡Risk & Compliance➡Operations & Finance➡Transformation & Organization➡ Information Systems.🔎 We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst - PnL📝 MAIN TASKSProduce and validate official Economic P&L figures and related P&L explanations (market moves, new deals, etc.).Investigate discrepancies between Economic P&L and Front Office predictions.Perform in-depth review of P&L Explain and correct misallocations when technical fixes are unavailable.Analyze differences between Risk-based Market P&L and P&L Explain until gaps are fully understood and documented.Review and monitor the split of Economic P&L into liquidity and rate effects for ALMT perimeters.Produce and maintain hedge accounting controls for Finance and Front Office where applicable.Submit finalized P&L figures for Front Office sign-off.Identify opportunities to challenge, improve, and enhance existing processes.🧩 YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLSDegree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.0–2 years of experience Strong knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.Internship or academic exposure to Financial Markets is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with Python, VBA, or similar programming/automation tools is a plus.Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+).🎁 WHAT WE OFFERThis role offers a gross annual salary between 18.000€ to 22.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.Permanent contract (CTI).Meal allowance.Health Insurance.Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications.Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth.Career progression plan.Ongoing follow-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.Hybrid position based in Lisbon (50% on office).
