With continued growth and a strong focus on performance and efficiency, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business where finance plays a key role in supporting wider commercial decisions.They're looking for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join the finance team, partnering closely with one of the organisation’s internal teams.This is a varied role covering budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis and business partnering. You’ll use financial and operational data to understand performance, identify trends and provide insight that helps shape key business decisions.Key responsibilities include:Supporting budgets, forecasts and longer-term financial planningAnalysing performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and trendsBuilding financial models and supporting scenario planningProviding commercial insight across revenue, costs, margins and profitabilityWorking closely with an internal team as a key finance business partnerDeveloping KPIs, dashboards and reporting to improve visibility of performanceWorking with large datasets to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvementPresenting clear, actionable analysis to finance and non-finance stakeholdersChallenging assumptions and helping stakeholders make better, data-led decisionsWe’re looking for someone with experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or data analytics, with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in understanding what drives business performance. You’ll need strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using data and reporting tools.Most importantly, you’ll be commercially curious, confident working with stakeholders and able to turn complex data into clear, practical insight.
