Financial Analyst (FP&A)

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the finance team in providing financial insights and analysis to aid in achieving our business goals.The RoleAssist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts.Analyse financial performance metrics and identifying trends.Support the team in providing actionable insights for business performance.Collaborate with various departments to collect data for effective financial planning.Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management review.Perform additional ad hoc duties as needed.The Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A or similar roles.Welcome candidates from audit background; Retail industry experience is a plus.Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial modelling and forecasting.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.BenefitsAt Lane Crawford you work hard and play hard while we take care of your wellbeing.
