Join our team as a Financial Analyst and play a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic growth of our Outpatient division.In this role, you will analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that help leaders make informed business decisions while balancing operational excellence, patient care, and financial sustainability. You will collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to deliver data-driven insights that support revenue growth, cost management, and long-term planning.Compile and analyze financial information with a focus on payment analysis, revenue, and expense trends to validate and ensure financial performance meets expectations.Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.Provide actionable insights and supporting data to drive organizational change.Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness while balancing patient care and financial sustainability.Assist with the development and analysis of operating and capital budgets. Maintain realistic and achievable budgets.Partner with various departments and clinical leadership to gather data and provide financial insights that support operational decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field.One to three years of applicable finance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and large-scale financial systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, with all levels of the organization.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.
