• The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis, modelling, and reporting that supports business decisions. The role requires close coordination with Management and Business Leaders.
• This role spans business performance reporting, financial modelling, unit economics, valuation analysis, and preparation of material for the Board and investors.
• The role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of how SaaS businesses work, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models covering business performance, forecasts, unit economics, and multi-year plans. Models must be built from first principles.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decisions on pricing, investment, growth, and cost. Present outputs with a clear recommendation.
• Lead financial forecasting and management reporting, including KPI and operational metrics tracking against plan.
• Perform variance and trend analysis. Identify key drivers and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Support investment and strategic decisions through valuation analyses and decision materials including dashboards and review packs.
• Own unit economics modelling. Understand how acquisition cost, retention, and margin interact and how changes in one affect the others.
• Prepare Board packs and investor updates. Build the data, write the first draft, and ensure the narrative follows from the numbers.
• Build business cases for decisions under evaluation. Structure the analysis, define the assumptions, and stress test them before the output is used.What We Are Looking For
• Builds financial models from scratch. Knows what every line is doing and can defend every assumption.
• Understanding of how SaaS businesses work. How revenue is recognised, how customers behave over time, and what drives growth and margin.
• Works independently. Takes a question, decides what analysis answers it, and delivers without needing the steps laid out.
• Has prepared material used by senior leadership, a Board, or an external investor.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. PowerPoint is an advantage.
• Writes clearly. Analysis that cannot be read is analysis that will not be used.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision. Errors in financial output have real consequences.Experience and Qualifications
• MBA in Finance/CA
