Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed financial technology company building permissionless digital-asset infrastructure that connects institutional real-world-asset (RWA) investment strategies with onchain capital. The platform gives investors access to actively managed, institutional-grade yield strategies spanning private credit, trade finance receivables, tokenized government securities, and structured credit — delivered through audited, non-custodial vault infrastructure with no minimum investment and no lock-up requirements. The company was founded by a small team of operators with backgrounds at leading global investment banks and a major digital-asset exchange, bringing institutional trading, credit underwriting, and risk-management experience to the digital-asset markets. Its investment process draws on a track record of managing a private-credit portfolio with a strong risk-adjusted yield and a clean default history prior to the platform's launch.
