Financial Assistant (2-3 Months contract)

Finance Assistant

Location: DubaiSalary : 4500 AEDKey ResponsibilitiesSupport daily accounting and finance operations.Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.Prepare, verify, and process invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.Assist with bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.Maintain accurate financial records, trackers, and documentation.Support preparation of journal entries, expense reports, and petty cash records.Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on finance-related queries.Assist with month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting.Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment documents, and finance records.Support VAT documentation and audit requirements where applicable.Assist with budget tracking, data entry, and preparation of Excel reports.Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal finance procedures.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.Previous experience in Finance / Accounts / Accounting support preferred.Basic knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial documentation.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, Odoo, or similar is an advantage.Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Journal Entries, Petty Cash, Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, General Ledger, Expense Management, VAT, Audit Support, Financial Documentation, Microsoft Excel, ERP, SAP, Oracle, Tally, Odoo, Data Entry, Month-End Closing, Vendor Management, Reconciliation, Budget Tracking.Job TitlesFinance AssistantAccounts AssistantJunior AccountantFinance ExecutiveAccounts ExecutiveFinance & Accounts AssistantAccounting AssistantFinance Operations AssistantAccounts Payable AssistantAccounts Receivable Assistant
