In this capacity, MVG oversees strategic direction, corporate governance, and operational management for RegalEarth's portfolio and project companies.Job PurposesThe Investment & Corporate Finance Analyst will work directly with the Head of Project Management & Coordination to support investment analysis, financial modeling, corporate finance activities, project execution, and executive decision-making.This role requires a combination of strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, financial modeling expertise, and project coordination skills. The successful candidate will contribute to cross-border investment projects, corporate development initiatives, and the continuous enhancement of the Group's management systems and operational processes.Reports To:Directly reports to:Chief Executive Officer (Project Coordinator)Works closely with:Chief Financial Officer (CFO,Finance Team), Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Analysis & Financial Modeling· Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, valuation models, and investment analyses for private equity, mining, infrastructure, and strategic investment projects.· Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.· Analyze financial statements, project economics, investment performance, and business operations to support investment and management decisions.· Prepare investment memoranda, financial analyses, business cases, and executive presentations.Corporate Finance & Strategic Projects· Support investment due diligence, transaction execution, and corporate finance initiatives.· Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and preparing financial assessments for management review.· Conduct industry, market, competitor, and macroeconomic research to support strategic planning and investment decisions.· Assist in preparing investor materials, fundraising presentations, and Board-level reporting.Project Management & Coordination· Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects across multiple business entities and jurisdictions.· Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and external advisors to facilitate project implementation.· Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure successful execution.Process Development & Corporate Documentation· Develop and optimize internal workflows, approval processes, SOPs, reporting frameworks, and corporate governance documentation.· Prepare professional reports, business presentations, standardized templates, and management documentation.· Maintain organized project documentation in accordance with the Group's governance and documentation standards.Strategic & Executive Support· Prepare analytical reports, business insights, and recommendations for senior management.· Support corporate development initiatives and other strategic assignments.· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.QualificationsEducation & Experience· Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.· CFA Level II Candidate or above, and an audit background is strongly preferred.· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:· Private Equity· Investment Banking· Corporate Finance· Transaction Advisory· Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)· Financial Advisory or Business ValuationExperience in mining, infrastructure, natural resources, project finance, or international investment projects will be considered an advantage.Technical Skills· Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.· Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and financial statement analysis.· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.· Experience preparing executive reports, investment presentations, financial analyses, and professional business documentation.· Strong analytical, research, and business writing skills.· Proficiency in AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to enhance financial analysis, research, documentation, and business efficiency.Language Requirements· Excellent written and spoken English is required.· Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is considered a strong advantage.· Strong business communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.Professional Cometencies· Strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment.· Excellent financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities.· High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.· Strong documentation, report writing, and business process development capabilities.· Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.· High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across international teams.Position Type & Expected Hours of Work· Full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.· Employment contract with Regal Earth Capital (DIFC).· Standard working hours are Monday to Friday.
