Established in 1995, TRI has completed more than 2,500 assignments across the GCC, wider Middle East, and Africa.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Financial Consultant to join our team.Role Description Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based financial models, including projections for profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, depreciation, IRR, NPV, payback period, and other key financial performance indicators.Analyse hotel financial statements and assess operational and financial performance.Research and analyse market, operational, and financial data through desk research and field visits.Benchmark project assumptions and projections against proprietary databases, market research, and industry performance.Prepare individual sections and substantial portions of client reports.Promote the value and benefits of HotStats to clients, hoteliers, and industry professionals.Present and communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly in written reports and presentations.QualificationsGraduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.1–3 years’ experience in hospitality/tourism operations, development, or consulting, preferably within a similar organisation.Strong financial modelling, accounting, forecasting, and Excel skills.Good understanding of hotel operations, financial statements, investment appraisal, IRR, NPV, payback period, and other key financial metrics.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to travel across the MENA region.ApplicationIf you are seeking a challenging and rewarding career in management consulting and meet the requirements outlined above, please submit your CV and cover letter for consideration.
