The firm serves both individual and corporate clients, helping them meet personal financial planning needs and business protection requirements.Role Description This is a full-time Financial Consultant role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office-based work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Consultant will provide holistic financial advice to individual and corporate clients, including assessing needs, recommending suitable insurance, investment, and protection solutions, and supporting long-term wealth and risk management plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, performing financial and retirement planning analyses, reviewing portfolios, and preparing tailored proposals. The role also involves staying updated on market developments and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high standards of service and compliance. The Financial Consultant is expected to build and grow a sustainable client base through ethical advisory practices and ongoing relationship management.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Investments to evaluate products, portfolios, and market developments.Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term advisory solutions.Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate strategies.Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trusted client relationships.High level of integrity, adherence to regulatory standards, and commitment to client-centric, non-discriminatory advisory practices.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and adapt to changing client and market needs.
