Financial Controller

Responsibilities:Manage project budgets throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.Monitor and track project costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.Identify and analyze variances from budgets and forecasts, and investigate cost overruns.Recommend and implement cost-saving measures to improve project profitability.Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and financial analyses to management for informed decision-making.Analyze and monitor company P&L statements, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Track and forecast revenue streams, ensuring accurate financial projections.Manage and analyze sales pipelines, identifying potential risks and opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional departments (e.g., Project Management, Sales, Operations) to ensure data accuracy and collaboration.Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and cost-control methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or CMA a plus).Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control, project management, or a related financial field.Proven experience in managing project budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address financial discrepancies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., MS Excel).Experience with cost control software (e. g., Primavera, Deltek) a plus.Salary : 15,000 AED
