We are proud to support our clients in delivering life-changing mAbs therapies to patients.Financial Controller – Ireland | HybridKPC, a fast-growing technical services company in Ireland, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance function.Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will manage cash flow, drive continuous process improvement and ensure financial compliance. This is a hybrid role offering competitive remuneration.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ReportingDirect the month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, statutory accounts and board reports.Commercial StrategyPartner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting and commercial bid pricing. Monitor KPIs and project profitability to support business growth.ComplianceEnsure full compliance with Irish tax legislation and Revenue requirements, including PAYE and VAT returns. Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.Cash Flow & ControlsOversee cash flow forecasting, working capital and treasury functions. Develop and enforce robust internal financial controls and accounting policies.Team LeadershipLead, mentor and develop the finance team. Champion the use of technology and system automation, including ERP systems, to scale operational efficiency.Qualifications & RequirementsProfessional accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA, with a strong technical accounting background.Five or more years of post-qualification experience in a similar senior finance role, ideally within the technology, IT or engineering services sectors.Previous experience within an accounting practice would be welcomed.Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Sage Accounts.Comprehensive understanding of the Irish regulatory and taxation environment.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the finance function within a growing Irish technical services business.Why Join KPC International?KPC International offers an inclusive environment where you can broaden your experience, perspective, and skills while helping make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients.KPC International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#LI-DC1
