Financial Controller

I am partnered with a leading personal care and home care manufacturing company in the search for a Plant Controller in Illinois.Responsibilities:Manage plant financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities.Partner with internal teams by providing financial analysis and data to support customer-related requests.Serve as the link between plant operations and corporate finance to align objectives, reporting, and financial standards.Support audit preparation, ensure accurate cost accounting, and help maintain compliance with applicable GAAP requirements.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.3+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.The offer:Competitive base salary.
