Financial ControllerLocation: London (Hybrid - 1 day per week)Package: £90,000 - £100,000 + BonusSector: PE-Backed Multi-SiteDN0508The OpportunityFinatal is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed multi-site business seeking a Financial Controller to support a key division through its next phase of expansion.The business operates a multi-site model and continues to invest heavily in growth, creating an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance leader to play a pivotal role in professionalising the finance function, enhancing reporting capabilities and supporting operational decision-making.This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence both financial performance and the wider customer journey through meaningful insight and analysis.The RoleReporting into the CFO, you will take ownership of financial control, reporting and performance insight across the division, ensuring robust processes are in place while providing commercially focused analysis to drive business performance.Key responsibilities include:Ownership of monthly management accounts and board-ready financial reportingFull balance sheet ownership, reconciliations and financial controlManaging high-volume B2C revenue transactions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial dataLeading revenue reconciliation processes across multiple sites and systemsDevelopment and delivery of KPI reporting, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performanceProviding analysis and insight into customer journeys, conversion metrics and operational performanceBusiness partnering with operational leaders and senior stakeholders across the divisionSupporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processesDriving process improvement initiatives across finance and wider business operationsSupporting systems implementations, upgrades and finance transformation projectsEnhancing financial controls, reporting processes and management information capabilitiesManaging and developing junior finance team members where applicableCandidate ProfileACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedProven experience as a Financial Controller or Head of Finance within a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong experience managing high-volume B2C revenue transactions and complex reconciliationsDemonstrable track record of driving process improvements and system implementationsAdvanced KPI reporting capability, with evidence of delivering actionable commercial insightsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendationsExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence non-finance audiencesExperience within a multi-site environment highly desirableHealthcare, consumer or other high-volume transactional sectors advantageous
