Financial ControllerFast-Growth Listed Fintech | London | £85,000 - £95,000 + Bonus +"remote first working" - 2 days a month in officeRadley Green is partnering exclusively with a fast-growth, publicly listed fintech business to appoint a Financial Controller as they continue to scale.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth environment at a genuinely exciting stage, taking ownership of financial reporting, controls and processes at a business operating at pace.The business has grown from £9m in 2021 to £50m in 2025 and continues to grow at this pace.Please note, candidates must come from an Audit background for this opportunity.The RoleLead the preparation of accurate, timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including group consolidation for UK and US business.Own and continuously strengthen the internal control environment, ensuring processes are robust and scalable as the business growsManage the year-end audit process and act as a key point of contact for external auditorsEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards and listed-company reporting requirementsDrive improvements to finance systems and processes to support a fast-growing, complex businessOversee UK corporation tax, VAT, ERS and other statutory filings, liaising with external tax advisors on group tax matters including transfer pricing between UK and US entities.Support the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning for the group.Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support key decisionsIdentify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes and controls, particularly as the group scales across two markets.Manage and develop a team of 2 direct reportsAbout YouACA qualified (or equivalent)Prior experience in a Financial Controller, Group Accountant or senior finance role, ideally within financial services, fintech or a listed company environment.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls and process designExperience managing external audit relationshipsTrack record of managing and developing a teamA hands-on, proactive approach, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levelsPLEASE NOTE - CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FINTECH, FINANCIAL SERVICES, SAAS, TECH OR A SIMILAR INDUSTRY What's on OfferBase salary of £85,000 - £95,000, plus bonus + share optionsThe opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of a listed fintech businessA leadership position with a team of 3 direct reportsIf you would like to find out more about this opportunity, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
