Financial Controller

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join a leading industrial Joint Venture in Saudi Arabia.This is a key finance position working closely with the CFO and senior management team, with responsibility for financial reporting, controlling, FP&A, governance and business performance.Key responsibilities:Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reportingEnsure accurate financial statements in line with IFRS and local requirementsManage financial consolidation across relevant JV entities and business unitsLead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processesPrepare financial analysis, scenario planning and management reportsMonitor revenue, margins, operating costs, profitability, working capital and cash flowPartner with business leaders to understand performance and identify improvement opportunitiesStrengthen financial governance, internal controls and risk managementSupport internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findingsProvide technical accounting guidance on complex transactionsEnsure effective use of ERP and financial systemsDrive finance process improvement, automation and standardizationWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldProfessional qualification such as CPA, SOCPA, CMA or equivalent is strongly preferredStrong practical knowledge of IFRSSolid experience across financial controlling, accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reportingExperience with financial consolidation and multi-entity reportingStrong understanding of internal controls, governance, compliance and risk managementHands-on experience with SAP or another major ERP systemAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsExperience in a JV, multinational, industrial, manufacturing or project-based environment is an advantageStrong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working with senior management, auditors, shareholders and business functionsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with a commercial and business-oriented mindset.Location: RiyadhInterested?
