Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the budgeting and forecasting process, oversee group consolidations, deliver insightful financial reporting, and use data to support strategic decision-making across the businessKey responsibilitiesLead the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycleDeliver meaningful financial analysis, including variance analysis and commercial insightsDevelop forecasting models and reporting tools to improve business performance. Involved with scenario analysis and investment modelling.Produce accurate group consolidations and monthly management reportingIdentify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior managementPartner with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making and drive performanceContribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and reportingThe successful candidate will havePrevious experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager with significant FP&A responsibilitiesStrong experience producing group consolidationsExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, perform variance analysis and provide meaningful commercial insightsExperience using financial systems and reporting tools to improve forecasting accuracy and business performanceMulti-entity experienceA background in a multi-site environment, ideally within hospitality, retail or another consumer-facing sector is preferredACA, ACCA or CIMA qualificationThis is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to join a growing international business where they can influence strategic decision-making while remaining hands-on across financial control and FP&A
