Financial Controller

Financial Controller / Project ControllerA combined, hands-on role within a project-driven organization. You will be responsible for month-end closing and periodic financial reporting, while also being directly involved in project cost calculations, monitoring project margins, and regularly discussing project progress with project managers.Financial Control & AccountingManaging the monthly and quarterly closing processes.Preparing periodic financial reports, KPI analyses, and cash flow forecasts.Project Control & Margin ManagementManaging the financial performance and profitability of ongoing projects.Monitoring project budgets, cost estimates and post-calculations, as well as Work in Progress (WIP) positions.Acting as a sparring partner for project managers regarding project progress, financial risks, and potential additional or reduced scope of work.Requirements & ProfileEducation: HBO / university-level thinking and working capacity, preferably in Business Economics, Accountancy, Finance & Control, or a related field.Experience: Relevant experience within a (technical) project-based organization or construction-related environment is a strong advantage.Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to act as a business partner and sparring partner for project and senior management.Salary indication: up to €5,500 gross per month exluding holiday allowanceEmployment: 32–40 hours per week
